  • The Pedal Posse Spin Class

    Cornwell Center 2001 Selwyn Ave, Charlotte, NC, United States

    This 30 minute class will be taught by Suzy Marshall, an MMC nurse and certified spin instructor. She's designed the class specifically for people living with Parkinson's and their care partners.  This will be a fun, low-pressure class — no prior spin experience needed.
