The Pedal Posse Spin Class
September 20, 2025 @ 6:00 am - 6:30 am EDT
This 30 minute class will be taught by Suzy Marshall, an MMC nurse and certified spin instructor. She’s designed the class specifically for people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners. This will be a fun, low-pressure class — no prior spin experience needed.
The details:
- SPIN! Saturday, September 20 at 10am
- Cornwell Center, 2001 Selwyn Ave, Charlotte, 28207. The spin studio is on the main level, go left at the reception desk. It’s about halfway down the hall on the right.
- There is plenty of free parking onsite
- Class is Free
- Bring a water bottle, wear exercise clothes
- Partners and friends are welcome
