Sponsorship Transparency and Independence
Memory & Movement Charlotte welcomes sponsorship support from companies whose products or services may be used in medical care. These partnerships help us fulfill our mission to provide compassionate, community-based care and education.
However, we want to be clear: Sponsorship does not equal endorsement.
MMC complies with federal regulations, including the Stark Law. We do not promote or favor any company’s products or services based on sponsorship. Our clinical decisions are made independently by our medical team, based solely on what is best for our patients.
