The Pedal Posse Spin Class with Margaret
Cornwell Center 2001 Selwyn Ave, Charlotte, NC, United StatesThis 30 minute class meets on one Saturday and one Monday of every month. It was developed by an MMC nurse who designed the class specifically for people living with Parkinson's and their care partners. All are welcome at this fun, low-pressure class — no prior spin experience needed.
