Memory & Movement Charlotte opened in 2013 as a not-for-profit medical practice devoted to a different kind of care, the foundation of which is our Time & Attention model. A memory or movement disorder diagnosis can be life altering for patients and their families and our elongated appointment times allow our providers and staff to spend the necessary time with both the patient and the caregiver. Our comprehensive, clinical, and diagnostic expertise coupled with our focus on patient and caregiver education and support is both unique and critical as the disease progresses. Ours is a partnership. Our highly regarding providers work closely with our patients’ PCP with to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
Our physician brochure outlines our services and how we coordinate care with our physician partners. If you have a patient experiencing cognitive decline or movement disorders, please refer them to us for a comprehensive evaluation.
