Peer Support

You are not alone.

Caregiver Support Groups create a safe space for Memory & Movement caregivers, all of whom are caring for a loved one with a memory or movement disorder diagnosis. A support group is an opportunity to share experiences and feelings, coping strategies, and make connections with others who understand the journey.

Groups are led by members of the community who have life experience as caregivers, and training in group facilitation.
