Please arrive a few minutes early to warm up and adjust bike as needed. \nThe instructor for this class is Angela Sinnett. \nThe details: \n\nCornwell Center\, 2001 Selwyn Ave\, Charlotte\, 28207. The spin studio is on the main level\, go left at the reception desk.
