The Empowered Caregiver Education Series

Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association in partnership with the Parkinson’s Foundation
Learn how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia and receive activities to apply person-centered care approaches to your own caregiver situation.  Attendees will receive the Zoom login information and all programs will be recorded.

Session 2 – Supporting Independence: Focuses on helping the person living with dementia take part in daily activities, providing the right amount of support and balancing safety and independence while managing expectations
