Parkinson’s PWR!Moves Exercise Class

Research-driven to slow the progression of Parkinson’s Disease.
Doctor of Occupational Therapy-led exercise group featuring:
- guided cardio training, strength, and functional training
- exercises to help maintain and restore skills that have deteriorated and can interfere with everyday movements
- free one on one assessment and class preparation training for new class members
